Automatic RSS Web Listing Feeds May be the Future of Web Listings

For people already using RSS (Really Simple Syndication) and XML data feeds on their desktop PCs, your website will already pass all your new listing data on to them automatically.  There is nothing you need to do to enable this. It's already been taken care of for you.  RSS is a way for web users to have content from websites automatically sent to their PCs whenever it is updated.  These feeds, sometimes called "web feeds", are often used to receive news updates or blog entries. A significant percentage of large news sites offer these automated news feeds to their customers and now you do too!

How it Works
Web visitors download a free program called an RSS reader. There are many types of RSS readers, they are readily available, and many web surfers are already using them.  Any visitor to your website that wishes automated listing updates directly to their PC simply clicks on the "XML" link on your Listings page as this "XML" designation is a universally recognizable RSS link.  A page opens and the visitor can then copy and paste the web address from that page into their RSS reader. 

This is actually a very simple process, taking just a few seconds, and will be immediately familiar to anyone who is using RSS already.  Thousands more web surfers are beginning to use this technology every day.  Once they've added your link, all of your listings will then appear in their RSS reader and will be updated each time you update the listings on your website!
