Lead Management Capabilities
Your website allows for all prospects who visit and enter their email address, whether it be for a home search, home evaluation, mortgage calculation, report request or just a request for more information to be automatically added to your website Contact section and profiled. This allows you to track and search their actions and requests within your website. You are also able to keep in touch with these visitors through both automated and individually initiated emails.
Once your leads have been profiled, your online system is ready to perform lead incubating functions for you automatically. Automated emails may be sent to your clients immediately following their online requests for information (and also to you to notify you of their request). In addition, you have an automated email function available to help you keep in touch while incubating these leads. You are able to create different followup campaigns to send scheduled emails with information your leads may find valuable while they are making their purchase orsale decisions.
In addition, the Hot Prospecting function allows you to be notified when your incubated leads are ready to be contacted. You determine the criteria that determine when a prospect can be considered "hot" and ready for your own personal contact!
The Contacts section of your Online Office provides tools that help you to acquire leads, manage leads and to automatically and/or manually communicate with these folks either individually and/or in groups.
Prospect Profiles are automatically created whenever a visitor to your site completes one of the forms or requests information from you or the site. The website tools listed below all work together to gather information and all contribute information into the visitor's profile:

You are notified via email whenever the system creates a new profile. Your website will build detailed profiles, track prospects' website activity and record their actions whenever they visit your site. Information collected in a prospect profile includes the following:
- Contact information (Name, address, email, etc)
- Down payment information
- Geographic areas of interest
- Price ranges interested in
- Properties of interest on your website and within your shared listings agreements
- Track and record actions performed on your website
- Correspondence email tracking

Note: Prospect profiles can also be created manually, allowing you to profile existing clients. Once entered, you can communicate with those contacts through your automated and/or manual website email tools. The email tools keep a detailed history of all communications and track when the messages were opened. Entering an existing contact is done by simply clicking "Add a Contact" in the "Search Contacts" section of the administrative portion of your site. |
