Efficiently Manage Different Groups of Contacts

The Contact Group feature is a powerful tool that allows you to arrange your leads and clients into groups of common interest and lets you easily send emails to the entire group with a single mouse click. Utilize Contact Groups to streamline all of your mailouts:

• New listings
• Property price changes
• Open house invitations
• Newsletters
  

In addition, this tool maintains records of:

• When each individual email is opened
• Who clicked through to view the emailed listing
• Who forwarded the listing to someone else

Note: You may also create a group that includes other real estate agents you work with in your area. This allows you to easily generate instant exposure for your listings and open houses as well.

You create new contact groups and add people to groups on the Contact Groups page under the Contact menu.  You may then immediately send group emails to everyone on this list from two different areas:

• The "Manage Contacts" page under Contacts
• The "Manage Listings" page under Listings

Our Contact Export lets you manage your leads anyway you want to by allowing exports to Outlook, Outlook Express, or Top Producer.
